DreamScript Stories sells digital, made-to-order products: personalized bedtime stories delivered as a PDF by email. Because each story is custom-generated from the details you provide and delivered instantly, orders are generally non-refundable once the story has been created and sent.

That said, your happiness matters to us. If your story did not arrive, contains a mistake, or is not what you expected, email us at contact@dreamscriptstories.com within 14 days of your purchase. We will gladly fix it, send a new version, or offer a refund where appropriate.

We usually reply within 24 hours.
